1.5 oz BACARDÍ 8
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 Whole egg
+ Nutmeg for garnish
15 ml Patrón Añejo
45 ml BACARDÍ 8
15 ml Simple syrup
1 Whole egg
+ Nutmeg for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice.
  2. Shake to chill.
  3. Fine strain into glass.
  4. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top to garnish.
