| 37.5 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Olorosso sherry |
| 22.5 ml | Agave caramel |
| 6 drops | Xocolati mole bitters |
| + | Splash of Champagne |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients, except the champagne, into a mixing glass full of ice and stir.
- Strain into a coupe.
- Top with champagne.
