A citrusy, sparkling cocktail that pairs well with a warm day - or three months of them.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| 1 oz | Sparkling water |
| .75 oz | Fresh grapefruit juice |
| .75 oz | MARTINI Bianco Vermouth |
| .75 oz | Apricot brandy |
| + | Grapefruit slice for garnish |
| 30 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 30 ml | Sparkling water |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh grapefruit juice |
| 22.5 ml | MARTINI Bianco Vermouth |
| 22.5 ml | Apricot brandy |
| + | Grapefruit slice for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing glass and shake with ice to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
