Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| .75 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
| .75 oz | Simple syrup |
| 1 oz | Carrot juice |
| 4 | 1-inch chunks of celery |
| 45 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 22.5 ml | Simple syrup |
| 30 ml | Carrot juice |
| 4 | 1-inch chunks of celery |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle celery and simple syrup.
- Add Patrón Añejo, lemon and carrot juice.
- Shake vigorously with ice and strain onto fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
