1.5 oz Patrón Reposado
2 oz Tonic
.5 oz Cempaxúchil (marigold) syrup*
.5 oz Fresh lime juice
45 ml Patrón Reposado
60 ml Tonic
15 ml Cempaxúchil (marigold) syrup*
15 ml Fresh lime juice

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add all liquid ingredients to an ice-filled collins glass and stir to combine.
  2. Garnish with orange zest and edible marigold flower.

*Marigold syrup recipe:

  1. Blend the petals of 8 marigolds with 2 cups of simple syrup on medium speed in a blender.
  2. Strain to remove solids and store in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
