| 2 oz | BANKS 7 Golden Age Blend |
| .75 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| .75 oz | Simple syrup |
| 1 | Egg white |
| + | Pinch of salt |
| + | Lime peel for garnish |
| 15 ml | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 60 ml | BANKS 7 Golden Age Blend |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 22.5 ml | Simple syrup |
| 1 | Egg white |
| + | Pinch of salt |
| + | Lime peel for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add one egg white to a shaker and dry shake vigorously until frothy.
- In another shaker, add remaining ingredients with ice.
- Pour ice and ingredients into shaker with egg white and shake until chilled.
- Strain into coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime peel.
