A spicy and sweet cocktail with fresh ingredients inspired by its birthplace in Miami.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.75 oz | Patrón Silver | 
| 1.25 oz | Yellow juice | 
| .75 oz | Fresh lime juice | 
| .5 oz | Pepper falernum | 
| .5 oz | Simple syrup | 
| 4 drops | Pink saline | 
| + | Dried parsley & Himalayan salt rim | 
| 52.5 ml | Patrón Silver | 
| 37.5 ml | Yellow juice | 
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lime juice | 
| 15 ml | Pepper falernum | 
| 15 ml | Simple syrup | 
| 4 drops | Pink saline | 
| + | Dried parsley & Himalayan salt rim | 
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Rim glass with fine ground dried parsley and Himalayan salt using beet pickles.
- Combine ingredients in a mixing tin.
