Citrusy and sparkling, with a touch of bright spice and fresh pineapple, make this summer cocktail happy hour-ready.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 1 oz | Cucumber Juice |
| .75 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| .75 oz | Pineapple gum syrup |
| .25 oz | Fino Sherry |
| 2 dashes | Ancho Verde |
| + | Top with soda |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 30 ml | Cucumber Juice |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 22.5 ml | Pineapple gum syrup |
| 7.5 ml | Fino Sherry |
| 2 dashes | Ancho Verde |
| + | Top with soda |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Shake all ingredients except for soda and fine strain into a highball glass.
- Top with soda and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced pepper.
