Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 1 oz | Sparkling wine |
| .75 oz | Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth |
| .75 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
| .75 oz | Vanilla-cinnamon syrup* |
| + | Orange peel for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 30 ml | Sparkling wine |
| 22.5 ml | Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 22.5 ml | Vanilla-cinnamon syrup* |
| + | Orange peel for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except sparkling wine.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with orange peel.
*Vanilla-cinnamon syrup:
Combine equal parts sugar and water in a sauce pan and simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. For every cup of simple syrup, add one cinnamon stick and half of a vanilla pod and simmer over low heat until a prominent cinnamon-vanilla flavor has developed, about 7 minutes. Chill syrup and store covered in refrigerator for up to a week.
