Sparkling and fruity, this cocktail is a tequila twist on Singapore’s signature drink and will have you saying, “Si Señor!” to another round.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .75 oz | Luxard Sangue Morlacco Cherry Brandy |
| 1 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| .75 oz | Pineapple syrup |
| .75 oz | Egg whites |
| 2 dashes | Angostura bitters |
| 2 dashes | Mozart Chocolate Bitters |
| + | Top with soda water |
| + | Dehydrated lime wheel, pineapple & fresh cherry for garnish |
| 30 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 22.5 ml | Luxard Sangue Morlacco Cherry Brandy |
| 30 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 22.5 ml | Pineapple syrup |
| 22.5 ml | Egg whites |
| 2 dashes | Angostura bitters |
| 2 dashes | Mozart Chocolate Bitters |
| + | Top with soda water |
| + | Dehydrated lime wheel, pineapple & fresh cherry for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients except soda water to shaker.
- Shake vigorously with ice.
- Strain into highball glass and top with soda water.
