Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .75 oz | Grapefruit soda |
| .5 oz | Lechuguilla juice |
| .5 oz | Piloncillo & chicatanas agave syrup |
| .5 oz | Aged grapefruit liqueur |
| .5 oz | Lemon juice |
| + | Xoconostle salt |
| + | Dash of bitters |
| + | Chamomile and sage perfume |
| + | Dehydrated grapefruit and flower for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 22.5 ml | Grapefruit soda |
| 15 ml | Lechuguilla juice |
| 15 ml | Piloncillo & chicatanas agave syrup |
| 15 ml | Aged grapefruit liqueur |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice |
| + | Xoconostle salt |
| + | Dash of bitters |
| + | Chamomile and sage perfume |
| + | Dehydrated grapefruit and flower for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients except the bitters and perfume to the tin of a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and combined.
- In a volcanic stone glass, pile frappé ice with a peak in the center like a snow cone.
- Strain the cocktail over the ice in the glass, finishing with the dash of bitters and delicate spray of perfume.
- Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and one flower.
