1.25 oz Citrus sherbet
.5 oz Pretzel syrup
.5 g Matcha green tea
.75 oz Aquafaba
52.5 ml Patrón Silver
37.5 ml Citrus sherbet
15 ml Pretzel syrup
.5 g Matcha green tea
22.5 ml Aquafaba

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a mini pretzel and a sprinkle of matcha.
