Recipe Ingredients
| 1 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 1.25 oz | Peach juice processed with citric acid |
| .5 oz | Ilegal Mezcal Joven |
| .25 oz | Patrón Silver infused with habañero pepper |
| .25 oz | Homemade passion fruit syrup |
| 4 dashes | Pimento |
| 30 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 37.5 ml | Peach juice processed with citric acid |
| 15 ml | Ilegal Mezcal Joven |
| 7.5 ml | Patrón Silver infused with habañero pepper |
| 7.5 ml | Homemade passion fruit syrup |
| 4 dashes | Pimento |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add ingredients to mixing tin.
- Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.
