Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .5 oz | Suze Saveur d'Autrefois |
| 1 oz | Club soda |
| .75 oz | Yerba Mate infused agave |
| .75 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
| 2 dashes | House-made celery bitters |
| 60 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Suze Saveur d'Autrefois |
| 30 ml | Club soda |
| 22.5 ml | Yerba Mate infused agave |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 2 dashes | House-made celery bitters |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass and add club soda.
- Stir and garnish with a whole Epazote leaf.
