| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .5 oz | Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur |
| .5 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| .5 oz | Simple syrup |
| 4 | Strawberries, hulled |
| 2 | Jalapeño coins |
| + | Strawberry-jalapeño flag for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur |
| 15 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 15 ml | Simple syrup |
| 4 | Strawberries, hulled |
| 2 | Jalapeño coins |
| + | Strawberry-jalapeño flag for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
In the bottom of a mixing tin, muddle strawberries, jalapeño coins and simple syrup. Add Patrón Silver, ginger liqueur and lime juice. Shake vigorously with ice to chill. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain cocktail into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a strawberry-jalapeño flag
