How to Make
Combine tequila, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and vanilla-cinnamon syrup* in a mixing glass and shake vigorously with ice to chill. Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
*Vanilla-cinnamon syrup: Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. For every cup of simple syrup, add 1 cinnamon stick and half of a vanilla pod and simmer over low heat until a prominent cinnamon-vanilla flavor has developed, about 7 minutes. Strain out solids and store covered in refrigerator for up to a week.
