Glass: Double strain into a stemless wine glass
Ice: Standard
Occasion: Aperitif, Entertaining
Garnish: Dried marigold & sprinkle of bee pollen

Recipe Ingredients

Servings 1
52.5 ml Patrón Añejo
22.5 ml Whey
15 ml Marigold tincture*
15 ml Italicus
15 ml Pineapple juice
15 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Vanilla syrup
7.5 ml Galliano Le’Aperitivo
+ 1/4 Bar spoon bee pollen
+ Dried marigold for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice.
  2. Shake to chill and combine for at least 10 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a stemless wine glass.
  4. Garnish with a dried marigold and bee pollen sprinkle.

*Marigold Tincture
4 whole Marigold flowers steeped in 3 oz of Patrón Añejo for 24 hours.
