Recipe Ingredients
| 1.75 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| .75 oz | Whey |
| .5 oz | Marigold tincture* |
| .5 oz | Italicus |
| .5 oz | Pineapple juice |
| .5 oz | Lemon juice |
| .5 oz | Vanilla syrup |
| .25 oz | Galliano Le’Aperitivo |
| + | 1/4 Bar spoon bee pollen |
| + | Dried marigold for garnish |
| 52.5 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Whey |
| 15 ml | Marigold tincture* |
| 15 ml | Italicus |
| 15 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice |
| 15 ml | Vanilla syrup |
| 7.5 ml | Galliano Le’Aperitivo |
| + | 1/4 Bar spoon bee pollen |
| + | Dried marigold for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake to chill and combine for at least 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a stemless wine glass.
- Garnish with a dried marigold and bee pollen sprinkle.
*Marigold Tincture
4 whole Marigold flowers steeped in 3 oz of Patrón Añejo for 24 hours.
