The creme de la creme of cocktails, this sparkling brunch drink will make you swoon with its fruity and citrusy flavors.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 1 oz | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 1 oz | Simple syrup |
| .5 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 oz | Heavy cream |
| 3 oz | LaCroix lemon soda |
| 1 | Egg white |
| 30 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 30 ml | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 30 ml | Simple syrup |
| 15 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 30 ml | Heavy cream |
| 90 ml | LaCroix lemon soda |
| 1 | Egg white |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and “dry shake” (without ice) 15 seconds.
- Add ice to the tin and shake vigorously to incorporate and emulsify.
- Pour chilled lemon soda into the bottom of a collins glass.
- Strain cocktail into the glass as a frothy head rises above the rim.
