This citrusy, herbal cocktail ends on a high note with a lemon zest, salt & sugar rim.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver | 
| 1.5 oz | Fresh lemon Juice | 
| 1.5 oz | Sage and lemon zest simple syrup | 
| .5 oz | Prickly pear puree | 
| + | Lemon zest, salt and sugar rim | 
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver | 
| 45 ml | Fresh lemon Juice | 
| 45 ml | Sage and lemon zest simple syrup | 
| 15 ml | Prickly pear puree | 
| + | Lemon zest, salt and sugar rim | 
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine Patrón Silver, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour over fresh ice in a collins glass that's been half-rimmed with lemon zest, salt and sugar rim.
