| .5 oz | Oloroso Sherry |
| .75 oz | Apple juice |
| .75 oz | Fresh pressed lemon juice |
| .5 | Honey syrup |
| + | Spritz soda |
| + | Hibiscus flower for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Oloroso Sherry |
| 22.5 ml | Apple juice |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh pressed lemon juice |
| .5 | Honey syrup |
| + | Spritz soda |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients except soda in a mixing tin or pint glass with ice and “roll” the drink by pouring it back and forth between the two.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a hibiscus flower.
