Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .5 oz | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 2 oz | Fresh mango puree |
| 3 | Slices of ginger |
| 3 | Sprigs cilantro |
| 1 drop | Local mango hot sauce |
| 2 | Whole limes |
| + | Slice of mango for garnish |
| + | Brown sugar, curry powder & cayenne pepper rim |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 60 ml | Fresh mango puree |
| 3 | Slices of ginger |
| 3 | Sprigs cilantro |
| 1 drop | Local mango hot sauce |
| 2 | Whole limes |
| + | Slice of mango for garnish |
| + | Brown sugar, curry powder & cayenne pepper rim |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Muddle half of a lime, cilantro and ginger together in a shaker.
- Squeeze two limes into shaker and add all other ingredients.
- Shake with ice until very cold.
- Rim a martini glass with lime first, then half brown sugar and half curry powder and cayenne pepper mix.
- Garnish with a sliced mango, lime twist and sprig of cilantro.
