A modern cocktail featuring the fruity taste of fresh pineapple and the fresh agave flavor of Patrón Silver.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.75 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .75 oz | MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth |
| 1 oz | Grilled pineapple juice |
| .5 oz | Lemon juice |
| .75 oz | Oleo saccharum (leftover pineapple pulp from juicing, lemona zest, cinnamon) |
| 3 | Basil leaves |
| 2 dashes | Homemade barrel aged chili bitters |
| 52.5 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 22.5 ml | MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth |
| 30 ml | Grilled pineapple juice |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice |
| 22.5 ml | Oleo saccharum (leftover pineapple pulp from juicing, lemona zest, cinnamon) |
| 3 | Basil leaves |
| 2 dashes | Homemade barrel aged chili bitters |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add Patrón Silver, pineapple skin-infused MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth, grilled pineapple juice, lemon juice and oleo saccharum and build in julep tin.
