A modern & floral pre-dinner drink with a hint of citrus to help you blaze new trails during happy hour.
Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 1 oz | Lemon juice |
| 1 oz | Lavender syrup |
| 1 dash | Islay Malt Whisky (Ardbeg 10yr) |
| .75 oz | Egg white |
| 60 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice |
| 30 ml | Lavender syrup |
| 1 dash | Islay Malt Whisky (Ardbeg 10yr) |
| 22.5 ml | Egg white |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In a mixing glass, add all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) hard, releasing gas every 2-3 shakes.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lavender flower floating on the foam.
