Café au Patrón
There’s no better way to kick off after dinner (or after party) festivities than with this sweet dessert cocktail.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .5 oz | Patrón XO Cafe |
| .5 oz | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 1 oz | Chilled concentrated coffee |
| 2 oz | Gently whipped heavy cream |
| + | Chocolate shavings for garnish |
| 30 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 15 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 30 ml | Chilled concentrated coffee |
| 60 ml | Gently whipped heavy cream |
| + | Chocolate shavings for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Gently thicken heavy whipping cream by shaking it in a cocktail shaker so it's thickened but still pourable.
- In a mixing glass, stir spirits and coffee with ice to chill.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and float thickened cream on the surface of the drink.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
