Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 2 oz | Pineapple Juice |
| .75 oz | Lemon Juice |
| .25 oz | Demerara Syrup |
| .5 oz | Blue Citrónge |
| + | Pineapple ring for garnish |
| + | Orange peel for garnish |
| + | Pineapple leaf for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 60 ml | Pineapple Juice |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon Juice |
| 7.5 ml | Demerara Syrup |
| 15 ml | Blue Citrónge |
| + | Pineapple ring for garnish |
| + | Orange peel for garnish |
| + | Pineapple leaf for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour unstrained into glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple ring, orange peel, and leaf.
*Blue Citrónge:
Add 3 drops of blue food coloring to .25 oz Citrónge Orange Liqueur.
