Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 3 oz | Flemish Sour Ale |
| .75 oz | Kalani Coconut Liqueur |
| .75 oz | Grapefruit juice |
| .5 oz | Lime juice |
| .5 oz | 2:1 Cane sugar |
| + | Cucumber for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 90 ml | Flemish Sour Ale |
| 22.5 ml | Kalani Coconut Liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Grapefruit juice |
| 15 ml | Lime juice |
| 15 ml | 2:1 Cane sugar |
| + | Cucumber for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Shake all ingredients (except sour beer) and strain into collins glass.
- Add cubed ice (or a collins spear) and top with sour beer.
- Garnish with layered cucumber wheels (if using cubed ice or similar). If using a collins spear, garnish with a cucumber strip.
