| .5 oz | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 1 oz | Smoked pineapple and ginger tepache reduction |
| .5 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| .25 oz | MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth |
| + | Chipotle salt rim |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 15 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 30 ml | Smoked pineapple and ginger tepache reduction |
| 15 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 7.5 ml | MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth |
| + | Chipotle salt rim |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Rim a collins glass with chipotle salt and set aside.
- In one tin of a shaker, combine all of the ingredients with ice.
- Shake until chilled and then strain into the rimmed glass.
