China's 2018 Patrón Perfectionists winner, this lychee-infused cocktail incorporates traditional Chinese flavors in a bold and modern way.
Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| .5 oz | Dried longan and dried lychee maple syrup* |
| .5 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| .5 oz | Chinese Osmanthus Wine |
| 1 piece | Dried longan frozen in liquid nitrogen for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 15 ml | Dried longan and dried lychee maple syrup* |
| 15 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 15 ml | Chinese Osmanthus Wine |
| 1 piece | Dried longan frozen in liquid nitrogen for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake to chill and combine.
- Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a dried longan frozen in liquid nitrogen.
*Dried longan and dried lychee maple syrup:
- 3.5 oz Dried longan
- 3.5 oz Dried lychee
- 7 oz Maple syrup
- 7 oz Pure water
Combine dried longan, dried lychee and water in a pot. Slow boil at 130 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours. Strain. Add maple syrup to mixture and boil.
