With a touch of citrus and fresh herbs, this drink combines Patrón Reposado and Fever Tree Citrus Tonic for a bubbly finish.
Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| 3 oz | Fever Tree Citrus Tonic Water |
| .5 oz | Fresh-squeezed lemon juice |
| .25 oz | Honey |
| + | Sprig of rosemary and lemon twist for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 90 ml | Fever Tree Citrus Tonic Water |
| 15 ml | Fresh-squeezed lemon juice |
| 7.5 ml | Honey |
| + | Sprig of rosemary and lemon twist for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In a shaker with ice, combine Patrón Reposado, lemon juice and honey.
- Shake to chill and strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.
- Top with Fever Tree tonic water.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon twist.
