|2 oz||Patrón Añejo|
|3 oz||Grilled grapefruit juice*|
|3 oz||Topo Chico or sparkling mineral water|
|1 oz||Simple syrup|
|.75 oz||Lime juice|
|60 ml||Patrón Añejo|
|90 ml||Grilled grapefruit juice*|
|90 ml||Topo Chico or sparkling mineral water|
|30 ml||Simple syrup|
|22.5 ml||Lime juice|
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.Reset
How to Make
- Add all ingredients, except Topo Chico, to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with Topo Chico.
- Garnish with half a grapefruit wheel.
*Grilled grapefruit juice:
Cut one grapefruit in half and grill for 5 minutes until lightly charred. Allow to cool, squeeze and strain to remove pulp and seeds.
