Ingredients

  • oz
  • ml
2 oz Gran Patrón Burdeos
.25 oz Ilegal Mezcal Joven
.25 oz Agave syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
+ Grapefruit zest
+ Chocolate chunks for garnish
60 ml Gran Patrón Burdeos
7.5 ml Ilegal Mezcal Joven
7.5 ml Agave syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
+ Grapefruit zest
+ Chocolate chunks for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill and combine. 
  2. Strain into a coupe with large cube of ice. 
  3. Express the grapefruit zest over the surface of the drink and discard.
  4. Garnish with chocolate chunks.
