In order to enter into this draw, Entrants agree to accept these terms and conditions (“ Terms and Conditions”), and to be bound by them.

Promoter

1. The promoter is Bacardi-Martini B.V., whose registered office is at Weena 505, 3013 AL Rotterdam, The Netherlands (“ Promoter”).

2. The Promoter is responsible for all administrative aspects of the Draw (including prize-giving, and technical support etc.), with the assistance of Spika Limited, Belle House, Hudson's Pl, Pimlico, London SW1V 1JT

3. For questions, complaints or comments in relation to the Draw, the Promoter can be emailed at.

Entry period

4. Starting date: 00:00 CET on 01.07.2025.

5. Closing date: 11:59 CET on 20/10/2025.

6. Any entries received before the Starting Date or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Draw.

Who may enter

7. This prize draw (“ Draw”) is open to individuals aged 21or over.

8. The following may not enter or win a prize: (a) employees of Promoter or its agents and their first- and second-degree family members, and (b) anyone else who is directly or indirectly professionally connected with the Draw or the Promoter and their family members.

9. Entrants will need to do the following before the Closing Date:

a) Must purchase 1x bottle of Patrón El Alto (70cl) at one of (10) locations where the competition is running (London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stanstead, Manchester, Barcelona, Ibiza, Madrid, Malaga,Alicante, and Palma) to enter the competition and then scan a unique QR code which is contained with the Patrón El Alto box.

b) The QR code will take you to a landing page where you must add the following informationfirst name, last name, email, date of birth, country of residence, airport location where El Alto was purchased, unique purchase code and accept or decline the option to opt into receiving marketing communication

c) Tick to confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy;

d) Must select the click submit button.

10. Purchase is necessary to enter and proof of purchase may be required, entrants will need access to the internet in order to be able to enter the Draw.

Limitations / restrictions on entry

11. Maximum of one entry per bottle of El Alto purchased. Each box of Patrón El Alto purchased will contain its own unique code.

12. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they will be able to accept the prize as set out below and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event a winner is unable to do so then the Promoter reserves the right to reward the prize to another eligible entrant using the method set out in the “Winner selection and notification” section below (and so on until a winner who is eligible and able to accept the prize is found).

13. Entries must not be made in bulk or through agents or third parties.

14. Incomplete entries and entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and will not be counted.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel this Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the prize(s) may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

16. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of this Draw is prohibited and may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and in these circumstances the Promoter reserves all its rights and remedies.

Winner selection and notification

17. 3 winners will be drawn at random from all complete, correct and eligible entries received before the Closing Date on 20/10/2025.

18. The winner(s) will be notified via email within 14 days of the Closing Date and will need to respond to that notification in order to confirm their acceptance of the prize. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time using the contact details provided in the entry form. Entrants should ensure they check their spam/bulk/junk folders for notification because if a response from a winner is not received within 7 days of the notification being made, a winner may lose their chance to claim their prize, and in these circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process as set out above. Proof of age, identity and eligibility including proof of purchase of El Alto may be required in order to claim the prize.

19. Promoter’s decision/s are final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

20. The prize consists of the below Ultimate Backstage Access Package. The three (3) winners of this draw will receive one (1) prize below:

1. Round-trip economy flights for the winner and one (1) guest (both to be 21 years or older) departing from a European airport.
2. 2 night stay in a standard twin or double room at the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel on a Room only basis
3. Exclusive backstage access all night at the legendary ANTS party for you and your guest (Choose from: July 18, July 25, August 8, or August 15, 2026)
4. Meet & greet + photo opportunity with the main artist (part of the package, subject to artist availability – not guaranteed)
5. The Winner (and their guest who must also be aged over 21 years of age) may be asked to show Hotel and/or Show staff valid photographic identification (such as a passport or photo ID card) showing the Winner’s and their guest’s full names and proof of age. Promoter (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) accepts no liability in the event that access to the Hotel and/or Show is denied on the grounds that the Winner and/or their guest was/were unable to provide Hotel and/or Show staff with such valid and satisfactory identification.
6. Giveaway: A bottle of Patrón El Alto and exclusive branded goodies to be supplied after the event
7. The Winner and their guest must each have a valid passport and must comply with the relevant travel requirements (including without limitation in respect of COVID-19), which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. The Winner and their guest are solely responsibility for ensuring they each have the appropriate documentation and vaccinations as may be required for travel from their home country for the duration of the Prize Trip and to re-enter their home country.

21. Please note that the prize does not include other costs and expenses, and other additional costs that arise are the responsibility of the winner and their guests including but not limited to

a) any hotel supplements, upgrades or additional rooms;

b) any meals at the Hotel;

c) travel and holiday insurance, which the Winner and their guest must ensure they obtain or already have prior to the first date of travel and that such insurance will be valid cover for the full duration of the Prize Trip;

d) transfers from the Winner’s and/or their guest’s home address to the applicable airport, and back to their home address;

e) travel/transfers to and from the Hotel and/or the Show and/or the Flights;

f) any backstage passes, VIP or after show party access at the Show;

g) personal expenditure for the duration of the Prize Trip including, without limitation, food and drinks, tips, telephone and internet charges and any other incidental costs such as additional activities, travel and excursions.

h) charges associated with ensuring that the Winner and the Winner’s guest have valid passports, visas, and requisite vaccinations and supporting documentation as applicable (please note, it is the Winner’s and their guest’s sole responsibility to find out what visas, documentation and vaccinations may be required and to ensure their passport is valid for the entire Prize Trip); and

i) any and all airport fees, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, passenger tariffs and/or any other charges or expenses not otherwise provided for herein.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part thereof) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part thereof)) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

23. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prize. Winners are solely responsible for ensuring they are familiar with such third party terms and conditions. The prize is subject to all applicable ticket, venue and carrier/transportation terms and conditions. The winner and guest must comply fully with such terms and conditions and all laws and regulations applicable to the prize. The Promoter will have no liability to the winner or guest if the winner and/or guest are unable to receive the full benefit of the prize or are denied entry to, or are asked to leave, any venue, event or transportation as a result of a failure to abide by the relevant terms and conditions, any applicable law or as a result of inappropriate behaviour.

24. Details of winner’s name and county will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to the Promoter at the contact details above and stating the name and date of the Draw.

Liability

25. The Promoter accepts full liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently, or for any other losses that cannot be excluded at law. Otherwise, the following exclusions of liability will apply.References to the “ Promoter” in this Liability section include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the Draw.

26. The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:

1. any postponement or cancellation of the Draw;
2. any changes to the prize or the way in which they can be used;
3. problems with the dispatch of prize (such as a prize failing to reach the intended recipient); and
4. any act or default of any third party supplier.

27. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable, including loss of entries through technical fault or transmission delays.

28. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the draw, choice of prize winner or any entry or establishing multiple accounts in order to gain multiple entries where the number of entries is limited) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

29. Each winner and guest should be in good health and appropriately fit for travel and waive any claim they may have against the Promoter for any safety or health issue or problem they may have during travel.

Personal details and publicity

30. The Promoter will use the winner’s, and each entrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Draw. Please note that entrant’s data may be transferred to, processed and/or stored outside the European Economic Area.

31. By entering this Draw, the Promoter (and their respective business partners if applicable) will use the details provided to contact you if you are the sole winner of the draw.

32. By entering this Draw, entrants agree that if they are the prize winner they will grant the Promoter the free use of their name, country of residence, photographs, video and voice (“ Image”) for advertising, publicity and news purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional remuneration. To this effect, the winner’s acceptance of a prize shall be deemed to be a confirmation of their agreement for the Promoter to use their Image and the Image of their guest, and the winner and their guest shall sign any further documentation reasonably required by the Promoter in this regard. A winner and their guest may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity in connection with the Draw.

33. By entering this Draw, each entrant acknowledges that if they win, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the UK Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if the Promoter is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes. To request disclosure of winner details, enquirers must submit a request by [email OR post] to [email OR postal address] by [date]. Details will only be disclosed to persons enquiring (if permitted by law) after all prizes have been validly claimed.

 

Promoter’s intellectual property

34. All intellectual property and database rights, excluding so-called “user generated content” but including, without limitation, trademarks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video materials, look and feel and software (including code, interface and website structure) (“ Materials”) are owned by the Promoter (or its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or partners).

35. The Materials are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world.

36. All such rights are reserved and it is strictly prohibited to remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from any Materials.

English law applies

37. This Draw, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prize shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

38. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document referred to in these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

39. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

40. Any website on which these Terms and Conditions are posted is only intended to be accessed from [the UK/Great Britain] and where permitted by law. The Promoter makes no representation that materials relating to this Draw are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
