Before being named Australia’s Patrón Perfectionist with the incredibly tasty Song of the Sea cocktail, Nick’s resume boasted many other prestigious awards, including: Being named in The Perfect Blend Victorian Final, a Runner Up in The Perfect Blend National Final and finishing top 16 in the 2016 Australian Bartender of the Year Competition.
