José Luis León’s nine years of experience include spending time at some of the premier bars in Mexico City, New York, Chicago, Spain, and Shanghai. He is currently the General Bar Manager and owner of one of Mexico City’s most popular bars, which was named one of The 50 Best Bars in the World 2014. Most recently, he represented Patrón at London Cocktail Week 2016.
