See moreThe Hotbed Benefit on June 9 th in Tiburon went off without a hitch. The evening featured stars, great music, Chinese-inspired art and fashion, fundraising for Planet Hope, and, of course, Fields Afire made with Patrón and big flavors.
Fields Afire
- 2 oz Patrón Silver
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Lavender syrup
- 1 dash Islay Malt Whisky (Ardbeg 10 yr)
- .75 oz Egg white
- In a mixing glass, add all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) hard, releasing gas every 2-3 shakes.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lavender flower floating on the foam.
