With a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Nathan started out as a junior bartender at the acclaimed London Cocktail Club, where six months later he led the bar team to be recognized as a finalist for World’s Best International High Volume Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail 2014. His current bar, London’s famed Callooh Callay in Shoreditch has won numerous awards, including World’s Best Menu and World’s Best High Volume International Cocktail Bar 2016 and has been named one of The World’s 50 Best Bars.
