During her time as an architecture student in Naples, Giulia worked in hospitality and fell in love with the industry. In order to perfect her skills, she moved to Paris before settling in London, where she now works as a Bar Supervisor at The Artesian Bar at The Langham Hotel.
International experience as well as working in establishments from independent bars to five-star hotels has inspired her mastery of interesting flavor combinations. Among many accomplishments she has achieved, Giulia was named Global Patrón Perfectionists winner 2020.
